PROCESS DESIGN

A well-facilitated meeting can save time and money, and build trust and collaboration in the process.

Process design is the combination of structures, environment, pacing, activities and facilitation that lead to increased trust, and therefore better outcomes.

Process design can be applied to meetings, conferences, strategic planning - particularly situations where there are differences in power, status and/or age - in order to level the playing field and allow all voices to be heard

DIALOGUE

Dialogue is an intentional, structured conversation with the goal of increasing understanding of ourselves, others, and issues that are important to us. It requires a willingness to listen more carefully than we do in daily conversation, and to slow down our reaction time to be able to take in new information.

MEDIATION

Mediation is a structured, interactive process where an impartial third party assists disputing parties in resolving conflict through the use of specialized communication and negotiation techniques. All participants in mediation are encouraged to actively participate in the process
